In Valdichiana, the tradition of Aglione has continued for centuries, reaching the present day and remaining present in traditional cuisine in many recipes.
Since Etruscan times, this particular species of garlic has marked the culinary tradition of inland Tuscany. 
Remaining in the hearts of traditional families in Valdichiana and Val D'Orcia, it has managed to survive to the present day. Orto Fortunato has revived it and made it the focus of its production in order to help everyone rediscover its unique and inimitable flavour, educating them about the beneficial and purifying properties of the species.

50% Cinta Senese D.O.P. pork, onion, carrot, potato, celery, 6% Valdichiana garlic, wine (contains sulphites), extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
