The winery Rocca di Frassinello, is located in the high Maremma, near Gavorrano, and was designed by the famous architect Renzo Piano. The project is super ambitious and sees the collaboration of two world-famous wineries in this project: Castellare di Castellina and Lafite, the famous French chateau. The Maremma, in addition to being excellent for the local and Tuscan Sangiovese, is suitable for international vines such as Merlot and Cabernet.
Rosato Rocca di Frassinello
A wine with a soft peach petal pink colour due to the brief contact of the must flower with the skins. In the glass it expresses great freshness and sapidity, characteristics reminiscent of the Provençal style of the best French rosés.
